Arthur A. Hidalgo
Mr. Hidalgo is Executive Vice President of Carpenter & Company and is a Founding Partner and Managing Member of the Carpenter Community BancFund. Along with the other members of the Investment Committee, Mr. Hidalgo exercises oversight of the General Partner’s activities with a particular emphasis on capital planning.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hidalgo was Vice President at Adelante Capital Management (formerly Lend Lease Rosen Real Estate Securities), where he led the company’s capital formation and strategic planning efforts. He was also a Banking Officer at Union Bank and First Interstate Bank. Mr. Hidalgo has served as Vice Chairman and Board Member of a $7.5 billion public pension fund.
