Through our strategic consulting and investment banking practices, we have decades of experience assisting banks in building franchise value for shareholders. Our core private equity objective is to bring that experience to bear for the benefit of our limited partners and partner banks.
As a result, we are an active and involved partner with our invested companies. Our oversight activities are robust, involving multiple points of contact and regular and structured review processes. Our portfolio management function works with our banks to improve performance through support and assistance in growth strategies, operational planning, and enterprise risk management practices.
