Ms. Hamzeh is a Project Lead at Carpenter & Company, bringing over three decades of leadership in banking advisory and risk management. Since joining the firm in 1997, she has played a key role in the firm’s national new bank formation practice, leading strategic, business, and financial planning for dozens of de novo and established banks across the U.S.
Ms. Hamzeh also served as Chief Risk Officer for Carpenter’s $4.9 billion bank holding company, where she oversaw enterprise risk management, performance analytics, and the resolution of distressed assets across five portfolio banks and special purpose liquidating entities.
Her board experience includes directorships at Mission Community Bank, SLB Asset Management, and CGB Asset Management, where she contributed to governance, risk oversight, and strategic planning.
Before joining Carpenter & Company, Ms. Hamzeh was Vice President and Team Leader in the Corporate Banking Department at First Interstate Bank of California, where she began her career as a credit analyst.
She holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in Econometrics from the University of Nanterre in Paris, France.
